IMPORTANT NOTICE: Virgin Mobile Customers
Virgin mobile customers on the old 3G contracts will have received a letter/email about changes to your tariff from 2nd July 2018. The letter may look something like this:
“We’re writing to let you know that older plans, like the one you’re currently on, will soon no longer be available. So we’ll be moving you on to a new airtime plan from your July bill date.”
Unfortunately you cannot keep your existing tariff after 2nd July 2018.

Virgin are still offering a 3G contract with inclusive 0870. If you want this package please follow these instructions.
Step 1: Call Virgin customer service on 0800 183 1150
Step 2 : Tell them you would like to retain your existing 3G contract and switch to the following package:
